Wanda Kwasny, 87, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born on September 19, 1934 to Paris Gratten and Norma Chaffin Hendrick. Wanda enjoyed travelling the country and camping with her children and late husband, Scott. They travelled as far away as Alaska, but loved Estes Park, Colorado most of all. She was kind, generous, had a good sense of humor and a big heart. She never knew a stranger, and loved her family, extended family, and friends. She was part Scottish by heritage, and always wanted to take a trip to Pasley, Scottland and visit where her ancestors immigrated to the United States from in 1707 (Fraser clan). She will be missed. Wanda is survived by her; son Joseph (Toni) Kidd; daughters, Janis (Dan) Gunther and Michelle (Michael) Durbin; grandchildren, Lacey (Zac) Eckels, Emily (Richie) Metz, Brittany Durbin and Nicole Durbin, great-granddaughter Emma and Wanda’s lifelong friend Loraine as well as numerous extended family and friends. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Gratten and Norma Hendrick and her husband, Scott J. Kwasny. A graveside service will be Held for Wanda at 1:30pm on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Harristown Cemetery in Harristown IL. Arrangements by Moran and Goebel Funeral Home 2801 N.
