Aunt Sissy played a big part in shaping the woman I have become. I always admired her; her strength, her confidence and her drive. I am grateful for the time I had with her and will miss her dearly.
I will always remember Eileen with great fondness. I met her only briefly but her warmth was memorable.
Wow Eileen accomplished many things in her life and her family should be very proud of her. She always made me feel welcome and she is going to be missed. You guys are in my thoughts and my prayers. As time passes we move towards the day when the comfort of our memories is greater than the sorrow of our loss. She is now in a better place with her brothers and I know that my husband ( her Brother ) was there with open arms. May she rest in peace. Love you guys.

I met Eileen nearly 40 years ago. I would see her in N.Y. when she visited her family. She would walk into a room and her wonderful presence was always obvious. She was the shining star in any place she was, she had a charisma that had to be felt, to understand it!Leaving us much too soon leaves us much poorer, sadder and with more appreciation of who we lost. Our shining star has dimmed, and we all feel it every day.
Eileen educated me and so many others in Women's Rights many years ago. She lived her beliefs and was a shining example.
It was a privilege to care for Eileen the times that I did. I loved when I could get her to laugh or smile. I would have loved to have known her before her dimentia robbed her of so much because even in the midst of her disease she was a kindred spirit.
I never met Eileen but I know how many times Colleen and Maureen traveled to see her, I know how much love they had for each other. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts with you all.Regards,Isilay
Knew Eileen through her sisters Colleen and Maureen, loved her so much, they took many trips from New York to be with her.Hope she rest in peace, and her sisters be comforted to have been at her side ..Great family to in time of distress …they comfort each other…Juliet and John.
