My name is Lawaun Carman and we used to live across the street from The Walters family. Johnnie and I attended the same schools and were in the same grade. Mr & Mrs. Walters treated us as if we were their children too. How we used to LOVE TO SIT ON THE PORCH and listen to some of GRAMPA WALTERS WAR STORIES, (GranPa & GranMa Walters lived 2 houses down from us on the same side of the street).
