Alma Ann Stork's Obituary
Ann Stork, 72, of Decatur, died Wednesday, December 31, 2008.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Friday, January 1, 2009, in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Weltin as Celebrant. Visitation will be 5:00 ' 7:00 pm Thursday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home with a Vigil Prayer Service at 4:30 pm. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery. The family requests no flowers, and memorials may be made in her honor to Parkinson Disease Foundation, 833 West Washington Boulevard, Chicago, IL, 60607, or Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Ann was born on June 11, 1936 in Decatur the daughter Estoel and Floy Strohl Beasley. She married Bill Stork on April 7, 1956, and they were married for over 52 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, and was active there until she became ill. She enjoyed taking care of other people throughout her life, and was always happy to lend a hand.
Surviving are her husband, Bill; one son, Dr. William C. Stork, of Lake Mills, WI; two grandchildren, Paige Ann Stork and Calvin Stork; and several cousins.
The family of Ann Stork is being served by Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2801 N. Monroe St., Decatur, IL.
