B. Louise Walborn Bell, 82 of Decatur died at 12:50 am Tuesday March 30, 2004 in Saint Mary's Hospital.

Louise was born in Shelbyville, IL on December 16, 1921 the daughter of Elmer and Ruth Welch Walborn. She was a clerk for many dry cleaners and grocery stores in the area for many years. She was of the Christian faith, having attended a Christian church in Shelbyville during her youth. She married Joseph Bell in Shelbyville on February 11, 1970; he preceded her in death in 1983.
Survivors include her daughter, Jerilea Kay Reed of Decatur, IL and her son Dennis Richard McCollum and wife Jeri of Bartlesville, OK; sister Joann Hunter of California; one grand daughter Danielle Denice McCollum of Bartlesville, OK.
Her husband, parents, one infant son and one daughter Sharon Joyce McCollum preceded Louise in death
