Mr Carter & Serena, I am so sorry to here about the passing of your wife and mother. I will keep you and your family in my prayers as you go through this difficult time. Belleville, IL US
Bro. Carter & Family,It's with deepest regrets I send this condolence but also with great memories. I remember those long hours of my first city council campaign how hard she worked as my campaign treasure and later finding out from you how sick she really was. I also remember those fantastic graham cracker snacks she took on a couple of our trips and the smile she had as she entered Jasper Street and the way she helped out at Church just to name a few ways we remember her. We will miss Barbara dearly. In Christian Love…Betsy Odeneal and Melvin L. Reed Jr. Decatur, IL US
