Becky S. Sites' Obituary
Decatur-Becky S. Sites, 60, of Decatur, passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur with her loved ones by her side.
Becky was born December 21, 1953 in Decatur, the daughter of Wanda Jordan. She was previously employed at Kmart retiring after seventeen years of service. She was a member of the APA and avid pool player. She was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Tony Stewart. Becky’s grandchildren were her pride and joy. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She married Sid Sites May 1, 1976.
Becky leaves behind her son Shane Sites of Decatur, daughter Amanda Sites of Cerro Gordo, beloved grandchildren Jessica and Cerina Sites of Dunlap and Devyn Sheets of Cerro Gordo, sister Nancy Rucker of Decatur, aunt June Bledsaw of Decatur, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
Becky was reunited in Heaven with her, mother, grandparents, four aunts, and four uncles.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Eastview Terrace and St. Mary’s Hospital for all of their loving care.
Services to celebrate Becky’s life will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the funeral home. The family requests casual attire. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park. A memorial gathering will be held immediately following the burial at Elmer’s Old Time Inn, 3550 E. William St. Decatur. Memorials are suggested to Soy Capitol Bank in c/o Sid Sites.
