Really sorry to her that your mother passed away. We had a lot of good times at your house. Basketball even tried softball in the lot but we got too big for that really quick. Bike riding, catching lightnig bugs etc. As I look back those were simpler times that we enjoyed, most likely never to enjoy such times again except in our thoughts and memories. Great times. Bob I read in the paper about the death of your mother. This is a very sad time ino our lives and we want you to know that we are thinking of you. I was very happy to talk to you at the car show and got me to remembering the Dixieland band with you on the clarinet in the Moweaqua park on the 4th of July. I remember driving behind a tornado and getting to Davenport finding the river out of the banks and sand bags outside the ballroom. We shared the Marquee with Guy Lambardo. The time we played a gig and saw Les Elgart bus and went in and talked to some of the band members. We didn't do it for money but we had some good times. Hope to see you again. Decatur, IL US
