Betty Charlene Campbell's Obituary
Betty C. Campbell (Tanner) of Clinton, passed away on January 21, 2024 in Panama City, FL.
Betty was born on December 9, 1951 in Magee, MS to Juanita Fedrick and Harvey Jimmy Tanner.
She moved to Clinton and attended local schools. There she met the love of her life Terry Campbell whom she married in 1970 and remarried in 2004.
Survivors include brothers Roger Don Tanner of Mississippi and Billy (Tammy) Tanner of Bloomington; Step father, Roger Mix; Nephew, Jimmy (Tammy) Tanner; Niece, Michele Caprio; Stepsons, Adam (Chelsie) Campbell, Michael Screeton, Parker & Addison Campbell and Sophie Screeton.
Betty worked at Action Technology and was a member of the First Christian Church in Clinton.
Betty was a loving and caring family member and friend. She and her beloved husband Terry by her side enjoyed going places especially spending the winter months in Panama City Beach by the water. Together they enjoyed the outdoors gardening and landscaping the home they took so much pride in or just relaxing watching the Cubs.
Those of us that we’re lucky to have her in our life were truly blessed.
Visitation will be private. There will be no service.
