Betty Lane's Obituary
Betty J. Lane, 81, of Decatur passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 in St. Mary's Hospital.
Betty was born on July 15, 1931 in Decatur the daughter of Lowell and Dorothy (Estes) Hettinger. She married Aubrey Lane on March 5, 1955. He preceded her in death on July 1, 2002.
Surviving are her daughters, Joni Klepzig of Decatur; Janet Creamer of Decatur; sisters, Debbie Hettinger of Lovington; Dottie Heiserman (Glen) of Lakewood; Gerri Lingafelter (Delbert) of Tuscola; grandchildren, Jeffrey Klepzig, Janice Peeler, Jennifer Klepzig, Dallas Creamer, and Sophia Creamer; great-granddaughter, Jasmine Peeler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Jeff Lane, and one great-grandson, Daygon Bryan.
The family would like to thank Kim and Mark Lancaster, Lana Moody, and Dr. Gregory for all their help and care.
Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Friday, August 17, 2012 in Point Pleasant Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the donors choosing.
