Sue leaves her husband, sister, Joann Goodwin three daughters, Carol Chrans (Jim), Penny Osborne and Cindy Christofanelli (Cosmo), two sons Buddy( Cathi) and Larry (Carletta) ten grandchildren , Amy , Amber , Ashley, Megan, Paige, Bradley, Philip, Michael, Dylan, Claire, six great grandchildren, Ella, Ryder, Vance, Aidan, Siena , Max and many nieces and nephews to carry on her family traditions.
Always the consummate entertainer she loved to recite her poetry, strum her guitar and sing country music and gospel songs. Sue enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafts and traveling. She was in her glory when preparing her culinary specialties for family dinners and parties where butter cheese and whipping cream would flow freely. Sue loved to cook with her children and spent many hours researching recipes 'Ive' always wanted to try... ..' Cooking for her son's at the campground and sitting around the campfire she relished telling her stories. She loved to watch and cheer on her grandchildren at their sports and school functions. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her husband Tunney vacationing in Brownsville, Texas during the winter. Sue mastered all things craft, crocheting, knitting countless Afghans, Christmas stockings, pretty punch, cross stitch, and sewing. She made all the dresses for one of her daughter's weddings, a christening gown for another, but her specialty was costume making for her grandchildren. No request was to daunting as she took on the challenge of princess and poodle dresses, star trek, leopards, Sherlock Holmes, pumpkins and witches. Her grandchildren won many contests as a result of her handiwork.
Sue approached her twilight years with grace and style, decorating her cane for holidays including flashing lights and was affectionately referred to as Hollywood in her sunglasses, animal prints and colorful jewelry by her caregivers at Liberty Village. Words cannot express how much she will be missed but we know she is free from pain and suffering as her memories will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
