Bonnie Marie Carey, 32, of Illiopolis, formerly of Annapolis, OH, died Thursday, December 18, 2008, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Service will be 12:00 noon Tuesday, December 23, 2008 in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home, with Pastor Jerry Park officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon, also on Tuesday. Burial will take place in Long Point Cemetery, Niantic.
Bonnie was born October 27, 1976, in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of Larry and Sharon Shepherd Beadnell. She married Patrick Carey. She was a wonderful mother to her four children. She loved living her life for them. She enjoyed being head cheerleading coach for the Sangamon Valley JFL squad, and coaching the softball team for Tri-City. She enjoyed going to ball games with her family. It was her wish to give in death as she gave in life as an organ donor. Bonnie was loved much and will be sadly missed.
She leaves behind her husband, Patrick; four beloved children, Michael, 12; Catherine, 9; Damien, 8; and Gretchen, 3 weeks; her parents, Larry and Sharon Beadnell; one brother, Joe Beadnell Chrissy, of Richmond, OH; and best friend, Christina Courtright.
She was preceded in death by both her grandfathers, Bill Shepherd and Joseph Beadnell.
The family of Bonnie Marie Carey is being served by Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2801 N. Monroe Street, Decatur.
