Britt Wayne Vanderboegh, 50, of Decatur, IL passed away December 29, 2022 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Britt was born May 4, 1972, in (Great Lakes Naval Station) North Chicago, IL, the son of Harold Henry and Glennis Jean (Romine) Vanderboegh.
Britt was a lineman for I3 Broadband. He was a member of United Methodist Church of the Shepherd, St. Charles, MO. He enjoyed role playing games, such as, Dungeons and Dragons. He also enjoyed listening to music.
Surviving are his parents, Harold and Jean; children, Logan Daniel Vanderboegh of Carbondale, IL, Ethan Michael Vanderboegh of Decatur, IL; and siblings, Dustin Vanderboegh (Jennifer) of St. Paul, MO and Danielle Vanderboegh (Chris Atkinson) of St. Paul, MO.
Funeral service will be noon Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Moran and Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11 – noon Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
Memorials: St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
