Carol Elaine Manwaring's Obituary
Carol Elaine Manwaring, a longtime resident of Bulpitt, IL. lost her battle with cancer and went to be with our Heavenly Father on February 26, 2023, at the age of 77. Carol passed away in the Bement, IL nursing care facility. Carol was born on the 26th of November 1946, in Christian County, IL, the daughter of Arthur Harold Durbin and Fern Lorena Danials Williams. In her lifetime, she was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt to many. In her younger years, she worked as a CNA. Carol enjoyed fishing, horseshoes, and playing darts. As she got older, she was a Junes Journey gamer and loved watching movies, especially Harry Potter and horror movies. She enjoyed spending time with the seniors at the Kincaid South Fork Township Hall once a month. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Floyd William Campbell; her sisters: baby Phillis Jean Durbin, Hazel Lorraine Howell and Lois Marie Fleming; and her brothers: Loren Leon Durbin, Arthur (Junior) Sherman Durbin and Steven Leroy Durbin. She is survived by 1 brother: Tracy Harold Durbin, 3 daughters: Crystal Leigh Hampton, Dawn Dee Campbell, and Carolynn Dineen Campbell; 7 grandchildren: Nicholas, Kami, Lance, Emily, Jacob, Zachary, and Dalton. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren: Shamereki, Sharee, Sharay, Shataillia, Lilianna, Briana, August, Delilah, Annabelle, Tiny Troy, J.J., Kaylee, and Salem. There will be a celebration of life for Carol in Kincaid, IL, at the Kincaid South Fork Township Hall at a later date. She will have her remains buried at Horse Creek Cemetery in Pawnee, IL.
