Carol Roughton was the grandmother of Anthony Foster, an Eagle Scout of Troop 202. She lived her life as an example of the principles of the Scout Oath and Law. Her life touched many of the scouts and parents of our Troop. I could always depend on Carol for any of our Scouting events to help arrange for the Troops needs. All of us will miss her.
