Charles Edward Graham's Obituary
On Sunday, March 18th, 2018, loving husband, father, grandfather & great grandfather, Charles Edward Graham, 73, passed away at his residence surrounded by family and friends.
Charles was born on January 28, 1945 in Taylorville, IL, the son of Robert L. and Dorothy E. (Stroud) Graham. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1967 and founded and owned Graham Welding Inc. in Decatur, IL.
Charles liked to travel, play soccer, woodworking, riding motorcycles and he loved his dog Gracie.
Charles is survived by his wife, Catherine (Durbin); son, Michael (Jean) Graham of Decatur; daughters, Michelle (Kevin) Watkins also of Decatur and Karen Graham of Jacksonville; brothers, Thomas (Pam) Graham of Stonington and John (Vicky) Graham of Taylorville; sisters, Agnes (Bill) Jones of Stonington and Mary Ann (Ron) Basil of Decatur; Grandchildren, Justin, Brianna, Brittany, Alex, Brandon, Ciara & Caleb; great grandchildren, Jaiden, Morgan, McKenzie, Emma, Maci and Kannon.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Graham.

A visitation to celebrate the life of Charles will be held at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 5 to 7 pm. The funeral to honor his legacy will be held on March 22, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, IL immediately afterwards.
