Mr Loury was one of my Veterans I had the pleasure of helping and he also became my friend, he was one of the smartest kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. I love to listen to him, talk about his family in the stories of his life. He brought a lot of laughter and smiles. Every time he came in I will miss him deeply, but he will always be a fun memory and a person. I will never forget.
