Mrs. Orr and family,Our memories are mostly on Jordan Street. Those were the days, us Davis girls would see you outside, and say, "Hi! Mr and Mrs Orr."Since then we have very seldom seen the both of you. We lost contact. I knowMr. Orr will be missed by everyone who loved him.You are in our prayers. With deepest sympathy…The Davis Family Decatur, IL US
We don't know God's perfect plan nor will for our lives. What we do know is that there are certain special people that will pass through them. Mr. Charlie was one of them and now he is truly one of HIS. God know's your sorrow. Though you may not see it right now- there is there is hope for tomorrow. Mr. Charlie will be seeing you in that great tomorrow. May God give your heavy hearts peace as you go through this difficult time. There will again be a day when you smile or chuckle remembering something said or done by Mr. Charlie. May God continue to bless your family. To Sis Orr and Family,I am sorry to hear of the passing of Bro. Orr.You and the family have my condolence and prayers. AUGUSTA, GA US
Charlie was a fine man and my prayers go out to his family. I knew Charlie while I was an Officer and a Sergeant with the Decatur Police Dept. Charlie rode with me many times and was as good if not better partner than I have ever had in law enforcement. It was an honor knowing Charlie and most of all being his friend. Phoenix, AZ US
