Cheryl Kay (Garrett) Albert's Obituary
Cheryl Kay (Garrett) Albert, 59, of Decatur, IL passed away December 21, 2020 at
her residence.
Cheryl was born October 22, 1961 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Robert E.
and Barbara A. (Burt) Garrett.
Cheryl worked as a dispatcher and clerk for Decatur Police Department.
She had a true love for animals, loved the outdoors, gardening and was an avid
bird watcher. She was also known for her talents as a photographer.
Surviving are her siblings, Robert Joseph Garrett of Decatur, IL, Mary Colleen
Garrett of Springfield, IL, Thomas Luther Garrett (Sandy) of Decatur, IL and
Michael Scott Garrett (Marilyn) of Decatur, IL.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, December 28, 2020 at Salem
Cemetery.
Memorials: Decatur Macon County Humane Society.
