Craig Alan Tucker's Obituary
Craig Alan Tucker, 49, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2017, in his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Craig was born August 22, 1968, in Decatur, to Donald and Connie (Lefringhouse) Tucker. He loved mushroom hunting, fishing, gardening, St. Louis Cardinals, watching NASCAR and he was an accomplished guitar player.
He is survived by his mother, Connie Tucker of Decatur; his brother, Brad (Bridget Howell) Tucker of Decatur; his sister, Amy Tucker of Decatur; his special nephew, Chase Tucker; and niece and nephew, Dakota and Dalton Harrison.
Craig was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandmother, Edna Rutherford and maternal grandmother, Juanita Lefringhouse.
The family would like to thank and God Bless, Dr. Velasco and his nurse, Lori; and nurse, Shanna Woodward at the infusion center for all her compassion; his friends, Jim Gilstrap for always being there; and Leslie Martin.
Visitation to celebrate the life of Craig Tucker will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2017, at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Private family burial will follow the visitation at Harristown Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Les Turner ALS Foundation 5550 Touhy Ave, Skokie, IL 60077.
