David W. Sebok's Obituary
David W. Sebok, 42, of Decatur died at 10:55 am Wednesday June 15, 2005 in his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Saturday in Saint James Catholic Church, with Father Jeff Grant celebrating, where visitation will be one hour before services. Burial with military rites by the Macon County Honor Guard will be in Calvary Cemetery immediately following mass. Memorials may be made to Saint James School or Church. David was born in Decatur, on August 30, 1962, the son of William D. and Helen Carlier Sebok. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of Saint James Catholic Church. He worked for Vance Security at ADM. He enjoyed working at ADM with his fellow co-workers. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
David is survived by his, mother, Helen Sebok of Decatur; sisters, Jody Neibuhr and husband Doug, Cynthia Kostenski and husband Bob; his brothers, Donald Sebok and wife Leann and William T. Sebok and wife Angela all of Decatur. He is also survived by his maternal grand mother Josephine Carlier also of Decatur.
David was preceded in death by his father, William D. Sebok on November 16, 2004, his paternal grandparents, William and Helen Sebok and his maternal grandfather, Eugene Carlier.
