Donald Ray Miller's Obituary
Decatur - Donald Ray Miller, 71, of Decatur, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Donald was born September 13, 1949, in Decatur, the son of Charles Edward and Bessie Pauline (Meyer) Miller. A US Marine veteran, Donald worked as a tire builder at Firestone before retiring when the Decatur plant closed. He married Jacquelyn Helen Schmidt on September 19, 1975, in Decatur.
Donald is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn of Decatur; son, Craig (Charity) Miller of Decatur; 3 grandchildren; brothers: Richard Miller, Mark Miller, Mike Miller, and Doug Miller; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
Cremation services will be provided by Graceland/Fairlawn Crematory. Burial will take place at a later date at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL.
