Don was one of the greatest men I ever had the oportunity to work with. He pushed me in ways that Made me wonder why is he doing this..?? As of today, I see why he did as it made me a better person. His number one concern was to make me be the best I could be and for that, I will forever be grateful. Don and I use to have some late night chats as I often referred to him as Daddy Rabbit!!! He always had time to listen and lend advice. Don holds a special place in my heart and I honestly enjoyed the 16 years I had with him at Richland Sales. When I say I loved this man…..I honestly mean it with all my heart. My thoughts and prayers and love to our to Mrs Cindy and all the family!!! A friends try love……Thomas Pajak

Having worked with Don in the ag industry since 1989 it will be unusual to not hear his voice or see his smile any longer. I appreciated him speaking about his faith, family and friends while going about his work and I know that he was a strong believer. His words were comforting and I will forever remember Don for these fine qualities. I want to thank his family for sharing him with those of us involved in agribusiness for many years. Hello Cindy and Family,Don was a dear and beloved friend. AFter we bought the practice in East Peoria, he would stop by periodically and see how we were doing and encourage us along the journey. On Saturday, I had just pulled out the kitchen towel that you and Don gave us as we celebrated a wonderful meal in our home and time with our faith sharing group. I said a prayer for all of our friends in that group.May God's love and the prayerful support of friends near and far help you to realize that through the sorrow, God's will be done.We have been very blessed to know the two of you, and pray for you. ??Ray & Kelly and family.
