Donna C. Graham's Obituary
Donna C. Graham passed away the morning of Thursday, June 6, 2024 at her residence. A gathering in her honor will be held Monday, June 10 from 4-6 p.m. in the Star of Hope Chapel, 2091 N. Oakland Avenue, Decatur.
Donna was born June 23, 1938 in Rushville, IN to Martha & Donald Fancher. A 1956 graduate of Rushville High School, she married her high school sweetheart Orv Graham in 1957. Together they had two daughters, Sabrina & Piper.
Orv & Donna moved to Decatur in 1962 and became outstanding community members. Donna worked in fashion at downtown boutiques. She was also a founding member of Theatre 7, a member of Zonta and volunteered at Decatur Memorial Hospital for many years. She was also a Mary Kay Consultant.
Donna had three grandchildren, Graham Wene, Whitney (Lewie) Lewis and Emma (Mike) Snearly. She also had two amazing great grandchildren, Lydia & Kellan Snearly. She was their G.G.
She will be fondly remembered by her daughter Sabrina & husband Kent Macklin, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Doris (Roy) Elmore, as well as many other family & friends.
She will join in heaven her husband Orv, daughter Piper, parents, Donald & Martha, brother Ralph Fancher and sister Lela Self.
Memorials can be made in her honor to Theatre 7 or Alzheimer’s Association.
In lieu of flowers, please grab your favorite hot or cold drink and do a toast to three souls who are now together again…Donna, Orv & Piper.
