Donna was one of the best nurses I have ever worked with. Calm, compassionate, caring and putting her patients first, always. My deepest sympathy to Kelly, Sean, Andrea and Liam. She loved you all so much. Her excitement at becoming a grandma is how I will remember Donna. And stories of her favorite grand dog Tank. We were the lucky ones who knew, worked with and loved Donna in our Lung Center family. May God bless you and comfort you. Kim and Mike King

Our deepest sympathy for Kelly, Shawn and family. I was blessed to have worked with Donna in the Lung Center where I witnessed the love and compassion that she shared with all our patients. Donna will truly be missed by everyone.I think I can speak for all the nurses, doctors and staff that we are family and very saddened by the loss of Donna. She will forever be in our hearts.

How do I choose just one memory to share? Libby was my Zeta "twin" in that we had the same Big Sister. She was one of my favorite "older" girls in the House and we became roommates after college. We bought our first furniture together, got a puppy, worked,laughed and partied.
I'll always remember the day she went outside to sunbathe outside our apartment while I worked on lesson plans. I heard the door open and hollered from my bedroom that she hadn't been out long enough to get a tan. When "she" didn't respond, I went out to see what she was doing, only to see a tall, young black man standing in the middle of our living room! I actually asked him if I could help him with something! He took off running and Libby insisted we call the police. Nothing ever came of it, but we figured we now knew what was happening to money we had left out on our kitchen table!
Over the years, we lost touch with each other, but reunited through our first Zeta reunion in 2016. I'm so glad I had the chance to visit with her a few months ago and see the gleam in her eye when she told us about little Liam and about him being her best medicine. My heart goes out to you, Kelly, Sean, Andrea and little Liam. I know she'll be watching over all of you from above.
I just loved seeing Libby around at DMH, she was always happy and cheerful. It was a joy to work with her at the lung center. Such a kind soul.

Donna was a wonderful compassionate nurse, always taking extra time with her patients. She was a good friend and colleague always wanting to help. We worked together for over 40 years and helped each other raise our children. She was happiest holding her grandson Liam. I am going to miss her.
