Dorothy A. Tatham-Goodall's Obituary
Decatur – Dorothy A. Tatham-Goodall, 84, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Dorothy was born on February 12, 1941, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of John and Josephine Keefner. A homemaker and member of Ss. James and Patrick Parish, Dorothy loved her family, loved to play games on her tablet and go out to eat. She married Robert “Bob” Goodall on October 13, 1990, in Decatur.
Dorothy is survived by her husband Bob of Decatur; children: Janet (Jeff) Klump of Decatur, JoAnn (John) Widmer of Decatur, Pat Sandage of Decatur, Scott Goodall of Decatur, Mary (Kevin McDonald) Pierce of Macon, and Lori (Shelby) Richardson of Mt. Zion; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, son Tom Goodall, two brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm, Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am, Saturday, October 18, 2025, at St. James Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
