Elsie Balding, 87, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Arcola Health Care Center.
Elsie was born on May 25, 1934, the daughter of Vernon and Ivie (Powers) Balding. She worked as a housekeeper.
Moran and Goebel Funeral Home is providing cremation services for Elsie. A graveside service will be held at Graceland Cemetery at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
