Mrs. Collins was born the daughter of Robert and Mable Giddings Fancher. She was a member of Foursquare Gospel Church. She married Earl Collins on January 2, 1940 in Decatur.
Surviving are her husband; son, Michael Collins , wife Sandra of Monticello; daughters, Connie Disney, husband John of Cullman, AL., Christine Clark, husband Bob of Decatur, Starla Street, husband David of Decatur; sister, Evelyn Montgomery of Louisville, IL.; eleven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Her parents, three brothers, and two sisters preceded her in death.
