Ernestine Mull's Obituary
Ernestine Mull, 76, of Decatur, Illinois took her heavenly wings and went on into Glory land to be with the Lord on Friday, May 21, 2021 in her residence.
Mrs. Mull was born on July 9, 1944 in Osceola, AR the daughter of O. B. Bryson and Mae Francis Bryson (Ford). She was united in holy matrimony to Huddie Mull on March 21, 1959 in Mississippi and from this union they had six children.
She leaves not to mourn but cherish fond memories her children, Olivia Mull-Taylor (Glenn D.); Debra A. Mull-Mays (Dwayne); Rodney Mull and Reginald Mull of Plainfield, Illinois; Nine grandchildren; Thirty great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; three uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, one son, two sisters and two brothers.
She moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1966 and later moved to Decatur, Illinois in 1978. She became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ (Devine Voice Ministries) located in Decatur, Illinois. Huddie Mull, her husband, preceded her in death on December 8, 1999.
Homegoing services for Ernestine will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Decatur. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to her services at the funeral home. Ernestine’s earthly remains will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery in Decatur.
