Floyd Lee Stone's Obituary
Floyd Lee Stone, 66, of Decatur passed away 4:35 p.m. Wednesday June 11, 2008 in Danville Veterans Hospital.
Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Riverton, military rites conducted by Macon County Honor Guard.
Floyd was born Nov. 16, 1941, in Decatur, the son of James and Madge Sadler Stone. He was an Army veteran.
Surviving are his brothers, Richard Stone and John Stone, both of Decatur; James Jones and family of Elizabethtown; sister, JoAnn Stone of Decatur; daughters, Christina Stone of Ill.; Sheila Dyke and Tammy Rich Eubanks, both of Ind.; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and very special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, eight brothers and three sisters.
