Grandpa Colvin was a very special man. During this last year, I had the pleasure of spending a great amount of time with him. I feel I have been beyond blessed to have had such a loving Grandpa. I will never forget how he always seemed to say the right thing at the right time, how he made everyone laugh with his witty remarks, and how special he made his friends and family feel. I look up to him in everyway, he was such a clever and intelligent man. I am beyond lucky to have had him in my life, and to have a father who has inherited his fun-loving personality. Grandpa has given me so many memories I don't even know where to start. He always made me smile. One of my favorite memories was when I would stay in Decatur and I would get to go to the Bowl, that was the best. That was his place and when he let you go with him you knew it was pretty special. Grandpa I will never forget your smile or your laugh. One thing I never got to do was play golf with you but now I will have you with me every round.
