Geneva G. Bell's Obituary
Geneva G. Finley Bell, 93 of Decatur, entered into eternal rest on August 24, Sunday 2003 at 6:50 p.m. in McKinley Court Nursing Center.
Funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday August 28, 2003 in the Trinity Lutheran Church, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Rev. Karl Weber will officiate. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery, Decatur. Moran and Goebel Funeral Home is in-charge of arrangements. Condolences to the family may be made at www.moranandgoebel.com
Geneva was born on May 16, 1910 in Ramsey, IL, the daughter of Rollie and Mary Jane Lippert Finley. She married Harry D. Bell; he preceded her in death in April 1992. She worked for Caterpillar during the World War II, and then she was a homemaker. She was an active bowler in the 50-60's. She also loved to dance. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Decatur.
Survivors include her Sister; Viola Hill of Decatur.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
