Gayle is the sweetest person I have ever known. Gayle and Dale. Dale and Gayle. Moose and Mouse. We were neighbors for 7 years on Longwood Drive. When we met Gayle she loured us in with her kind and loving spirit. Dale with his good nature and helpfulness. It's like you can't say one without the other. We were so blessed to have her and him as our neighbors. We missed them when we moved but kept in contact over the years. We have them in our hearts and souls and cherish every moment we spent together. We love you Dale and Gayle and we will be neighbors in heaven! P. S. In my prayers. I Love you Gayle. You too Dale. ❤️❤️
I am so sorry to hear of your loss and share in your sadness. Remembering such precious and wonderful childhood memories of times spent with your mom, your dad and all of you too. I know you will miss her so much. No matter how old we are, it's never easy to lose a parent. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Lisa (Munn) Bradley
Gayle was the sweetest neighbor a gal could have. We also shared a birthday & I always teased her that she was a year older than me.

Gayle was my Dad’s (the late Coach Dick Munn) cousin. I have fond memories of spending time in Decatur, IL with Dale, Gayle and their children when I was young. Dale & Gayle attended a Munn family reunion we hosted in Bloomington, IL several years ago. It was such a delight to spend time with them! Much love and condolences to their grieving family.
Gayle was my lovable cousin and dear friend growing up in Decatur and living a bike ride away from one another. She loved our big family full of 5 boistrous boys. And I relished the escape to her tranquil home so many times. Her artful and imaginative and gifted personality pleased my quieter side. And ,more importantly, as we stayed in touch by phone and visits through our adult years, I was blessed and edified by her deep love of God and the faith she lived and shared. Don and I are so blessed to be able to pray with others at her Mass of the Resurrection. What a perfect obituary, written with so much tender love that I will read often with the sweetest of memories. Thank you dear family. Cousin Carol and husband Don
