Decatur – George Michael “Mike” Sommer, 73, of Arcola, IL, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Mike was born in Rantoul, IL, on December 30,1952, to Roger and Kathleen (Cook) Sommer.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving is his sister, Sue Wade of Arizona, and many friends.
Graveside services will be 10 am, Monday, July 13, 2026, at Fairlawn Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
