Georgia A. Mundell's Obituary
Georgia M. Mundell, 96, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Decatur memorial Hospital. 
Georgia was born in Decatur, daughter of Henry Barnett and Sena Elizabeth (Logue) Foster, she married Ralph Bryan Mundell, he preceded her in death in 1968. 
Georgia was a dental assistant, then worked at Stephen Decatur High School for many years managing the cafeteria. She was a hospice volunteer for many years. And she orchestrated the catholic singles group out of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, which resulted in many marriages. 
Georgia is survived by one son: Joseph Mundell of Decatur; one daughter: Melanie (Garry) Abfalter of Kettering, OH; one brother: Danny Joe (Pam) Foster of McAllen, TX; seven grandchildren:  fourteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her Husband; six brothers: James Foster, Billy Bob Foster, Clarence Lou Foster, Jake Foster, Larry Foster and Barney Foster; and her sister Tudy Leffler; two grandchildren.  
Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home in Decatur. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Moran & Goebel Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
