Georgia Ann Perry's Obituary
Georgia Ann Perry departed this life on December 25, 2020 in the comfort of her home surrounded by family.
Ann was born January 1, 1935 to Central Cliff-Perry and Rayfus Perry.
Ann was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to everyone she crossed paths with. In the best or worst times, she knew how to put a smile on your face. Ann was a known bartender at the NJ's, Elks and surrounding Decatur bars.
Ann leaves to cherish her memories: son Ricky Perry and daughters Rhoda and Bridget Perry, all of Decatur, IL. Grandsons Terrance Perry of Champaign, IL, Shannon Mosley and Gregory Perry of Decatur, IL. Granddaughters Tiana Perry of Killeen, TX, Tamara Perry and Sheera Mosley of Decatur, IL. 24 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ann was preceded in death by both parents, 7 sisters and 2 brothers, sons Shannon and Brad Perry, grandson Derick Perry and granddaughter Central Cunningham.
Homegoing services to celebrate Ann’s life will be held at 12noon on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Church of the Living God, CWFF, 400 S. Franklin St. Decatur, with visitation being held from 10:00AM until 12:00 PM at the church on Saturday. Ann will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery in Decatur.
