Gerald Lee Williams' Obituary
Gerald “Jerry” Lee Williams, 77, of Decatur passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2010 in Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL.
Gerald was born on March 13, 1933 in Bethany, IL the son of Marion Lee and Nancy M. Baum Williams. He worked for the Wabash Rail Road and was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Surviving are his, sons, Dennis Williams Jackie of Decatur; Greg Williams of Monticello; Tracy Williams of Decatur; Jeff Williams Lindy of Bloomington; daughter, Kimberly Scarduzio of Tampa, FL; sister, Sue Bruce Cliff of Decatur; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 9 nieces and nephews, and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Lee and Mildred Williams; Nancy M. and Errol Smith, two sisters, Joann McCourt and Doris Nelson, and one infant brother.
Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 25, 2011 in Camp Butler National Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard.
