Glen Edwin Halford's Obituary
Glen Edwin Halford, 74 of Greenville formerly of Decatur passed away on Saturday November 27, 2010 in his home.
Glen was born on October 5, 1936 in Bingham, IL the son of Kenneth and Margaret Stark Halford. He was a Veteran of the US Army. He was a retired supervisor for Caterpillar and a real-estate investor. He was also a member Little Egypt Car Club.
Surviving are his son, Steve Halford Tammy of Maroa; daughter Marlene Hilderbrand Mike of Decatur; grandchildren, Nicholas Halford of Maroa; Chelsea Janverin Ian of Bloomington; Jessie Edwards of Decatur; Mikayla Hilderbrand of Decatur; Madison Hilderbrand of Decatur; brother, Earl Halford Lorraine of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Jyneth.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am Thursday, December 2, 2010 in Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore, IL with Pastor Tim Crump officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 Ã?¯Ã?¿Ã?½ 8:00 pm Wednesday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home.
