Goldie T. Moseley, 89, of Decatur, IL passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in St. Mary’s Hospital.
Goldie was born on May 27, 1920 in Jacksonville, IL the daughter of George and Mary Ann Greenwood Daniels. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Jacksonville, IL. She enjoyed Polka and other kinds of dancing and was a member of the Texas Country Cologgers. She married Grover Turner on January 20, 1937 in Chicago, IL he preceded her in death on October 1, 1987. She later married Lyle Moseley on September 9, 1989 in Jacksonville, IL.
Surviving are her husband, Lyle; daughters, Janet Hymes Ed of Jacksonville; Judie Powell Earle of Jacksonville; Jeris Turner of Oxnard, CA; Jaye Hinds Ron of Jacksonville; daughter-in-law, Elsie Turner of Whitehall, IL; brother, James Daniels Catherine of Jacksonville; twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and nine great- great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, one son, James A. Turner, two brothers, and one sister.
Private family service will be held at a later date.
