Helen E. Ogilvie, 92, of Sullivan, formerly of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Mason Point in Sullivan. Helen was born August 4, 1926, in Decatur, the daughter of Ernie and Dorine Eubank. She married Garland Evans.
