Helen Louise Pride's Obituary
Helen Louise Pride, 80, of Decatur, died Friday, January 18, 2008 in her home.
Helen was born November 16, 1927, in Decatur, the daughter of Henry Crissom and Alveda Loretta May Nash. She worked as a secretary and was a past member of Sharon United Methodist Church. Helen married Leo Pride on November 16, 1946 and he preceded her in death on September 18, 1970.
She is survived by her daughters: Carol Jim Thompson, and Catherine Robert Henson all of Decatur, and Sharon Pride of Champaign; sons: Leo Kathy Pride of Decatur and Chris Pam Pride of Bloomington; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; brothers: Donald and Robert; sisters: Margaret, Dolly, and Mary Jane.
She was preceded in death by her parents and Husband.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 pm Sunday, January 20, 2008 at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Funeral service: 10:30 am Monday, January 21, 2008 at the funeral home. The family requests casual attire. Memorials: Glad Tidings Assembly Of God Church or donor's choice.
