Howard Dean Ruble, 38, of Decatur, died Saturday, May 10, 2008 in Clinton.
Howard was born November 4, 1969, in Bloomington, the son of Richard Dean and Patricia Louise Weidner Ruble. He was a construction worker who was well known for his tattoo artistry. Howard married Tracy Lynn Zientara June 29, 2007 in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife, Tracy of Decatur; mother, Patricia Miller of Farmer City; children: Ashley Lynn Ruble Moyers and Coulton Douglas Ruble of Florida; step-children: Dakota Allen Stolte and Samantha Jo Stolte of Decatur; half brothers: Dennis Rich of Farmer City, Mark and Tim Ruble of Clinton, Rick VanVleet of Hammond; half sisters: Jeannie Ruble of Clinton, Cindy Webb of Farmer City and Kathy Love of Florida; mother-in-law, Martha Zientara of Decatur.
He was preceded in death by his father; step-father, Gary Miller; grandparents, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 6 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place at a later date.
