We told Momma, If she ever caught a Glimpse, never to look back.
Ida Mae Reich went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday April 19, 2005 in Fair Havens Christian Home.
Services will be held 2 pm Friday April 22, 2005 in Decatur Foursquare Gospel Church 321 East Leafland Avenue, visitation will be one hour before services in the church. Burial will be immediately following services in Graceland Cemetery in Decatur. Family suggests memorials be made to Fairhavens Christian Home. Ida Mae was born March 15, 1926, the daughter of Wilbur and Alta Roberson Lloyd. She was a retired CNA, having worked for the Americana Manor Care Nursing Home in Decatur. She was a member of the Decatur Foursquare Gospel Church.
Ida Mae married Dale Ernest Reich on December 31, 1950 in Decatur, he preceded her in death on April 12, 1990.
Momma is survived by her two loving sons, Dale, Jr. and Terry Margaret Reich all of Decatur, two grand daughters, Amanda and Laura and one great grandson Ashton; one brother, David Velma Lloyd of Sesser and one sister – in – law, Inez Lloyd of Seymour, Indiana.
Momma was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one granddaughter Monica Reich, two sisters and one brother.
In a totally sophisticated world, Momma always taught us two important virtues: 1 to serve 2 the importance of the simple things in life.
