Jack Reynolds Faith's Obituary
Jack R. Faith, 89, of Decatur, Illinois, passed into eternal rest April 10, 2023.
Jack was the son of Charles H. Faith, Sr., and Rose Josephine (Tauche) Faith in Warrensburg, Illinois, October 9, 1933.
Jack was employed in many jobs. He spent 35+ years working for Union Special Machine Company in Huntley, Illinois before moving to Decatur to live with his brother Carl Yaegel. They enjoyed many family vacations together.
Jack was a member of the Decatur Elks Lodge 401 for 25+ years. He also elonged to the Loyal Order of Moose in Decatur until they closed.
Jack was a truly lovable guy. He could tell stories that were just amazing and detailed, all true accountings of his life. He was a fan of John Wayne, Gunsmoke, and TV shows. He is cat Linue always watched TV with him. He loved life and enjoyed it greatly.
Jack is survived by his brother Carl (fiancée Melinda Altevogt) Yaegel; his sister Charlotte Huston; and many nieces and nephews. His parents and brother Charles H. Faith, Jr., preceded him in death.
