Oh my, I didn’t think I would find a website about my brother’s passing. I still miss him, even after all these years, and I wish I got to know him more. I’m 12 now, almost 13, and all of these unfortunate events had happened when I was only 7, not even in the double digits. Rest in Peace, Jake.

My heart was challenged when I heard of Jake's passing. He sat in front of me in our meteorology class this semester (spring 2014) at Richland Community College. Jake was a sweet young man and I am soooo thankful that God allowed our paths to cross. The world of weather is mysterious, but Jake understood exactly what Joe Bauer was teaching. I'm so sorry to hear about Jake's passing. I had went to school with him for some years and remember talking to him and joking around with him a lot at school. I don't know what to say, he was so young. Just know your family is in my prayers.

My name is Sarah Shoemaker, I Met Jakefor the first time when He was just a little Fella. Jake's Mother Heather was My Department Manager At Von Maur. Jake was just a few Years old and He had a fascination with vacume sweepers, and I remember Heather telling Me that they ended up buying one for him just His size! So smart and cute!! Then He suddenly became a little meteorologist !! He could tell You all about the weather again Soo smart! I am so very sad to hear of Jake passing so young , I believe God needed to bring Him back Home, he needs him there!! Who knows maybe God has him there to help with the turning of the seasons!!
