Dear Spears Family,I'm so greatly sorry to hear of the passing of Mr.Spears. I worked with him at Northwest Christian Campus and thought he was a fun and wonderful teacher and fellow employee. I can't believe he is gone, but we will all see him again someday. God Bless and Take Care!! Bourbonnais, IL US

Dear Spears Family,I never got the opportunity to meet Mr. Spears, but I'm sure he will be there at the mall helping me in spirit. I never met him, but I heard a lot about him. He indeed liked his job and cared for his co-workers.I also know he cared and had love for his family. This message is for you Jim, you will always be remembered and never forgotten.Love, S/O Stephanie White #7 Hickory Point Mall Security Decatur, IL US

Dear Spears Family,Mr. Spears was one of my children's teachers at St. Patrick's and is fondly remembered by them. We have often talked about what a great teacher and role model he was to his students and about all the fun they had in his Science classes as well as the mistakes that were made, like when the boys decided to clean the fish tank with soap. Our oldest son would often stop into the mall just to talk with Mr. Spears and would be there forever and never enter a store to shop.He is in our prayers, as are all of the family members. He will be thought of often.Deborah Clark Decatur, IL US
Dear Spears Family,I just wanted to write and let you know that your father in my prayers. He taught me at St. Pat's. He was an outstanding teacher and role model. I am a teacher and assistant principal, and many of the lessons he taught me I teach to my own students. I even use some of his more memorable quotes on my students like, "Don't mess with the bull or you'll get the horns." Take peace in knowing that Jim is with Christ. He will remain in my thoughts, prayers, and most importantly in my school. Dominic Sepich Wheaton, IL US
