Jane Ann Duggan's Obituary
Jane Ann Duggan, 76, passed away March 9, 2023, at OSF Transitional Health Center in Peoria, Illinois.
Jane was born in Quincy, Illinois, on September 14, 1946, the daughter of James and Kathryn (Jackson) Duggan. She was a member of Ss. James and Patrick Parish. She had a great desire to help others, especially the elderly, which she did as an aide in several nursing homes over the course of many years. She loved watching and talking about Cardinals baseball. She shared her creative gifts through needlepoint and singing Irish tunes and country music.
Jane is survived by her brother Jim (Layne) Duggan of Flossmoor, IL; sister Ellen Duggan of Mt. Zion, IL; nephew Kuris (Katie) Duggan of Dayton, OH; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation for Jane will begin at 11:00am on Monday, March 20, at St. Patrick Church in Decatur. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30am. Burial in Fairlawn Cemetery will follow the Mass.
