Coventry, Janet S.'s Obituary
Janet Sue (Wise) Coventry, 86, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
Janet was born December 5, 1937, in Decatur, Illinois, to Byron E. Wise and Velta (Sefried) Clark. She was raised by her mother and loving stepfather, William A. Clark.
Janet was a 1955 graduate of Decatur High School and participated in many school activities. She was a member of Foursquare Church, where she sang in the choir and participated in their living Christmas tree ensemble years ago.
Janet retired from Caterpillar, Inc., Administrative offices. She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, and taking care of her beloved cats.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather, her aunt Zella Wise, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. She is survived by several cousins.
