So sorry for your loss. I remember years ago when Sherry and I were in school that our Mom's used to get together for coffee. Wish they would have kept that up since they lived fairly close to each other. Prayers for Everyone.

Janet was so very special! Her and my Mom have been great friends for more years than I can remember, So many good memories of knowing this kind, outspoken, and fun lady. Janet may be gone from our sight...but she will never be gone from our hearts,
I will miss seeing and talking with Janet over the fence between our yards. I couldn't ask for better neighbors as the Garrens. Rest, sweet lady. Praying for comfort for the family.

Sherry so sorry to read of the passing of your Mom. I was privileged to know her through you as well as honored on the few times I got to work with her. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
This breaks my heart. So many of my childhood memories with Justin were in her backyard climbing the “huge” tree that really was not that large and rewinding videos in the red corvette automatic tape rewinder! She was always the best at making someone laugh, and gave the best bear hugs. She also made the only pumpkin pie I would eat as a child. There was just something special about that pie, so yummy! I’m so glad she is not in pain anymore and will be thinking of Justin, Leslie, and Mike during this time. I hope you all know how much she was loved and I am sure she knew it.
Janet ( Grandma) was a Rock. I always enjoyed talking with her and could we completely understand what each of us we’re going threw. Janet adopted my daughter Haylee sue treated her just like she was her own granddaughter. God has taken her home and we will all miss her but memories will be here till we meet up with Janet in heaven. Love and prayers to all her family . Robin Bruce
I remember great times at Aunt Janet’s house when we visited Decatur. She will be messed.
