Jeffery Wayne Browning's Obituary
Jeffery Wayne Browning, “philo”, left us on January 23, 2009 at the young age of 40. He was born May 16, 1968 in Decatur at St. Mary’s Hospital.
He was a student of Niantic-Harristown School, class of 1986. He loved to work on cars, loved to build houses, and fix things, even when there was nothing wrong to fix. He loved to meet new people. He loved to just have fun and enjoy life. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was a loving son of Wanda Browning of Decatur, and Roger Browning and his wife, Terri Jasper, also of Decatur. He was a loving father to his daughter, Blake Neathery. He was a loving brother to Mathu Browning and his wife, Amanda. He was a wonderful uncle to Mathu, Arieal, Casey and Cortney Browning. He was a wonderful boyfriend to Tracy Moore. He was a best friend to Craig Tucker. He was a nephew to Jerry “Mouse” Logue and his wife, Pam, and to Jeff Logue. He was loved by many, and he had many friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Ruth Logue, and paternal grandparents, Orville and Mildred Browning; one Uncle and one Aunt, Bob and Karen Browning.
Visitation will be 5 – 8 pm, Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Funeral will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, also in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Macon County Memorial Park.
